In 1984, the first chairman of the union, Ajit Kumar Roja, was administered by the then Gugrachari Old Union Parishad until 2002. After the year 2003, the new Union Parishad complex of No. 257 Nunchhari Mauza was built on the land of 500 records and the Union Parishad has been running there.
