What is Khatian?

The land record prepared during the survey containing details of the land holdings of one or more individual landowners based on Mauza is called Khatian.

What is C, S record?

C,S stands for Cadastral Survey. The first district wise map and land record prepared in our country is called CS record.

S, what is Khatian?

The khatian prepared by the government after promulgation of Zamindari Acquisition and Tenancy Act in 1950 is called SA khatian.

What is Namzari?

Namjari is the process of registering the name of a new owner of a land through inheritance or purchase or any other process.

What is deposit rejection?

Dismissal of deposit means dividing the joint deposit and creating a new deposit separately. Due to the transfer or distribution of any land belonging to a citizen, opening a new holding or khatian with some land from the original khatian is called Jama Hariz.

What is paper?

The copy of khasra khatian prepared during land survey and distributed to the land owner before tasdik or attestation is called field paper. After the certificate is attested or attested by the Revenue Officer, after hearing objections and appeals, the copy of the certificate is published in full and is called a certificate.

What is the schedule?
